Mike Morton with Sloughs WMA has read the band on the Tundra Swan in
question and it is one of the same individuals that was present last winter
at Sloughs WMA. It was neck collared on the outer shore of Maryland
(Hillsboro, MD) during the winter of 2000-2001.
