[birdky] Ky Warbler Nature License Plate

Apparently for the coming year (2003) of issuing new License Plates the
Kentucky Warbler will not be an option. I had heard this from local
County Court Clerk's office and then checked out the License Plate web
page and found it is not listed for the coming year; just the Cardinal,
Lynx and apparently a Butterfly (picture not yet available.)
I will miss this warbler plate...since every other state seems to have
some kind of Cardinal plate.
