Participated on the Warsaw CBC yesterday, December 14th.  Not much on the
river (too many duck hunters) but what was there was pretty interesting.
One female type Black Scoter above Markland Dam; 16+1 female type Common
Mergansers (the one sitting above the dam, the 16 flying downstream below).
 There are a lot of gulls at Markland Dam, but we couldn't find anything
rare: maybe 400-500 Ringers, 4+ imm Herrings and 6+ Bonys.  There was one
large dark first-year gull I saw twice and both times thought imm Lesser
Black-backed, but I just never got good enough study to be sure.  It was
NOT a really bright, cleanly marked one like some are, but rather one of
those guys that looks more akin to a Herring x LBB hybrid.  Amy and I ended
the day watching and listening to a foraging flock of 64+ Wild Turkeys.

As of mid-afternoon the CBC total was in the low 60s.
