Natural Bridge State Park is going to hold our first Christmas Bird Count on
Saturday, January 4th, 2003.  Our area will include all of the trails in the
park and a large percentage of the trails in the Red River Gorge, so I need
some birders who like winter hiking (we'll also have long stretches of the
Mountain Parkway, KY15, KY11, the park roads, and a few county roads for
those who like to be near the heater)!  Lodge rooms in January are $42 per
night for 1 guest and $52 for 2 guests, in case anyone is interested in
staying with us the night before the count.
