I have a graduate student potentially interested in studying the breeding
biology/nesting behavior of Sharp-shinned and Cooper's hawks in Kentucky. To
get a feel for potential sample sizes, I'd appreciate any information anyone
might have concerning nest sites for these two species used within the last 2
or 3 years. Sites closer to Richmond would be preferable, but, at this point,
we're interested in knowing about active nests anywhere in Kentucky. If you
know of any nest sites, please send me an email with the location (county,
city, distance and direction from nearest city, etc.) and year(s) when the nest
was active.

  Thanks much,
