[birdky] House Finch with Infected Eyes

We have continued to have 1 - 2 house finches around our feeders through the autumn. For the past few days we have noticed one of them is a female with infected eyes. Are there any recommendations for dealing with this? Should we take down the feeder she's using and disinfect it? We still have many goldfinches using all of our feeders. Is the eye infection contagious for them? This is the first time we have had this problem.
