[birdky] RPT: Northern shrike at Sinclair

Brainard called just after 10 a.m. CT to say he has an apparent first-year
northern shrike at the Sinclair Unit of the Peabody WMA (near Central City).
The bird was on the hill by the S1/S2 junction.
Remember that this area requires a permit for entry.
