N. harrier flyover. Never had one there before.
Also a small flock of purple finches (5+) near the pond.
The pond now has a few inches of water in a few spots. Looks like great
yellow rail habitat, but of course we saw no such thing.
Other observations: blue-headed vireo, both kinglets, and a sharp-shinned
hawk.
