[birdky] White-winged Scoter

Another or possibly the same Scoter (adult female) was found today at Eva
Bandman park (River Road) at ~ 1:30p and was still there at 2:30p. It is best
viewed at the west end of parking lot where an obvious path breaks through the
weeds to river. It had been actively diving with a single Lesser Scaup. Is
seems to prefer to feed at the edge of where clear water meets muddy water.
