[birdky] RPT: Rufous Hummingbird at Corbin
- From: "Palmer-Ball, Brainard (EPPC OOS KNPC)" <Brainard.Palmer-Ball@xxxxxx>

This afternoon, Mark Monroe and I banded an adult male Rufous Hummingbird
outside Corbin, Knox County. This is the second Rufous we have banded this
fall; the first was an immature male in Oldham County last month. The adult
male is coming to the home of June and Mike Perkins; anyone wishing to see
the bird can arrange a visit by calling the Perkins at 606/528-7960. They
live just off the Corbin Bypass not far from Exit 25 off I-75.
If anyone still has a hummer, or hears about one through any means, please
be sure to let us know.
