[birdky] Pomarine Jaeger & Red -throated Loon

We went to see the Jaeger this morning about 9 a.m. and was not disappointed.
Jennifer, myself and Carol Besse all got great looks at the bird on the water
and as it flew over us.
Other birds were:
Common Loons-2
Osprey-1
American Coots- 75-100
Canada Geese- numerous
Pied-bill grebes -10
Horned Grebes- 5
Kingfisher-1
Mallards-25 +
Eddie & Jennifer Huber
and Carol Besse
Red-throated Loon
The Loon was still present at 12:30 at the water tower on Zorn Ave. when
Jennifer and I went to see it after the Jaeger. We were afraid that last nights
wind might have pushed both birds away before we arrived to see them.
