[birdky] BKY: Black Scoters on the Ohio River in Louisville

Three black scoters were seen above the Falls of the Ohio moving upstream
near the Second Street Bridge. Michael Autin saw the birds this morning and
called in his observation to the KYBirdline this afternoon.
