Apologies for the duplicate posts today; it took a couple of hours for us to
figure out that the listserve was down from sometime last night until about
noon today.

Hopefully everything is back up and reliable again.

For those pondering a trip to the Ohio River at Louisville on Saturday, let
me forewarn you that with our coldest night of the winter and clear skies
coming tonight, if the winds die down there is likely to be dense fog on the
river for awhile in the morning. Also the "heat" = radiation waves of
distortion will be horrible early on.  Also, with clear weather -- which we
did not have for several days -- there is likely to be much trouble in
scanning, mostly from the Indiana side in the morning hours.
