[birdky] Sloughs Fieldtrip/Recent Birding

The KOS/Beckham fieldtrip to the Sloughs wma in
Henderson County on October 9 yielded 79 species with
the following highlights:
King Rail
Sora
Semipalmated Plover
Gr. Yellowlegs
Least, Pectoral, and Stilt Sandpiper 6
Dunlin
Long-billed Dowitcher 3
Tree, Rough-winged, and Barn Swallows
Sedge Wren 8+
Marsh Wren 4+
Blue Grosbeak 3
Dickcissel
Nelson's Sharp-tailed Sparrow 2
Lincoln's Sparrow
Bobolink
Adult light-morph calurus Red-tailed Hawk
