[birdky] BKY: Surf Scoters

Michael Autin called to report 15 Surf Scoters on the Ohio River at
Louisville. He saw the birds from the Indiana side just above the Big Four
Bridge.
They flew upriver when two barges came near them. He was going to drive up the
river to try to relocate them.
