Before leaving for work today, I spent the morning trying to photograph and 
inventory the hummingbirds still hanging around the yard. The Selasphorus 
female hummer is still making visits to the flowers and feeders and I 
obtained a few photos of it. I was able to observe it fly-catching, bathing 
in the morning dew on a shrub and defending its feeding territory. I also 
heard it call several times. Also added were two more new hummers today, 
after seeing only one Ruby-thr. yesterday. I think all three are Ruby-thr., 
one im. female and two im. males. I also took some photos of them.

In and around the drip bath today were six Tennessee Warblers and dozens of 
Yellow-rumps. A Catbird also made an appearance.

Anyone who would like to see a photo of the Selasphorus hummer let me know 
and I will send you one.
