[birdky] Sloughs Trip Starting Time

Johnny Parks pointed out to me that the starting time
for the Sloughs trip should have read 0800 cdst rather
than cst since we don't revert to standard until the
following weekend. Thanks Johnny, sorry for any
confusion to all.
