Recent heavy rains have put a significant amount of
water in McElroy Lake. Here is a sampling of waterfowl
and shorebirds from trips make on Saturday and Sunday.
Mallard
Gadwall
Shoveler
Blue-winged Teal
Killdeer
Least sandpiper
Pectoral sandpiper
Greater yellowlegs
Lesser yellowlegs
Semipalmated sandpiper
Dowitchers 20 plus
American golden plover
24 Ring-billed gulls
