On a random stop to the nature center (my girlfriend's idea), I decided to 
check the bird blind just to see some residents, and was suprised.  I saw 
some cardinals, chickadees a chipmunk and then on a small tree a Magnolia 
Warbler appeared and it just went from there.  Then I was surrounded by 
several Redstarts, Chestnut-sided Warblers, Bay-breasted Warblers, Tennessee 
Warblers, and a Black-and-White  Warbler.  All of these birds were in close, 
and a few tried to come down to drink but a Groundhog kept them at bay.  
Barbara Warner was inside buying plants from a sale so I invited her to see 
the spectacle.  Well when we got back there, a lot of the birds 
dissappeared, but amidst all of the chickadees, a small unusually colored 
chickadee appeared in the shade.  That is when my girlfriend Diana snapped a 
slightly blurry photo of a Golden-winged Warbler attempting to drink or 
bathe but left quickly.  You can see her photo here:

Also of lepidopteran note today I had a Cloudless Sulphur at the zoo, and 
Peck's, Silver-spotted, and Fiery Skipper on flowers at the Home Depot off 
Hurstbourne Lane.  A Fiery Skipper is a wanderer from the South that shows 
up in Northern areas in late summer.
