[birdky] Laughing Gull at mouth of Licking

The juvenile Laughing Gull first seen by David Brinkman earlier today was
still present between 3:45 and 4:30 PM. At first it was circling around the
mouth of the Licking River in Newport but then went over by the Mike Fink's
restaurant in Covington. There it rested on one of the docks and also on the
shoreline where it took bread from someone who was feeding the birds. I did get
several photos. It was present both on the Campbell and Kenton Co. sides.
