Caperton Swamp is on River Road in Louisville.  North at Exit 2 off I-71
near downtown (Zorn Avenue).  Right (east) on River Road a mile or two,
passing Cox Park on the left.  Just past the light at Indian Hills Trail
there's a small gravel parking lot on the right.  It's a tiny place with a
lot of traffic noise.

A lot of recent records are from there, but I think that's more a reflection
of the number of birders who've been there recently than something unique
about the area.
