I parked at the parkway (future I66) bridge over Fishing Creek today and walked down the creek to
check the mudflats.
Buff-breasted Sandpiper 3
Least Sandpiper
Semipalmated Sandpiper
Spotted Sandpiper
Pectoral Sandpiper
Savannah Sparrow
Clifty Pond: Solitary Sandpiper
The lake level is around 702 and a mudflat is beginning to form at the Fishing Creek Rec. Area. off
West Hwy. 80.
