[birdky] BKY: Reddish Egret and Plegadis Ibis

David Roemer reported a juvenile Reddish Egret at the Mississippi River on
Bar Island No. 1 in Carlisle County. A juvenile Plegadis Ibis was seen at Lake
No. 9.
The Long-tailed Jaeger was seen yesterday from Kentucky Dam.
