[birdky] RPT: "DOR" SOOTY TERN in SE KY

I received a phone message awhile ago from Gary Libby, who is a biological
consultant and who was in southeast Kentucky this week. He apparently picked
up a dead Sooty Tern somewhere on Pine Mountain! I have yet to talk to him
to see where it actually was, but with the Sooty Tern still in NE Tennessee,
it might still be worth a look at some lakes in eastern Ky???
