I went birding around the Cave Run Lake this morning.I first covered the Minor 
E. Clark fish Hatchery amidst the thick fog and later birded the ridges around 
the lake across the street from the Twin Knobs Rec. Area.

Ridges:
Black-throated Green Warbler-4
Blackburnian Warbler-2
Chestnut-sided Warbler-3
Magnolia Warbler-3
Pine Warbler-3
Yellow-throated Warbler-1
Hooded Warbler-1
Solitary Vireo-1
Scarlet Tanager-7
Ruby-throated Hummingbird-3
Barred Owl-1

Fish Hatchery:
Great Blue Heron-10
Great Egret-1
Green Heron-30
Wood Duck-2
Killdeer-3
Mallards-3
Cooper Hawk-1

Unfortunately, the pools were not very conducive for shorebirds.
