[birdky] RPT: Piping plover, Baird's sandpiper, and buff-breasted sandpiper at the Falls of the Ohio in Louisville

Brainard called about 9 this morning (8/29) to report:
* Piping plover in the same place as a few days ago: on fossil beds across
from Interpretive Center (in Indiana). The bird spends a lot of time still
or out-of-view in the rocks, so may take some patience to find.
* Baird's sandpiper and buff-breasted sandpiper at Wave Rock (rocky area in
the water at the end of the path through the trees to the right when looking
at the river from the parking lot). Both birds seemed flighty, so may not
stick around.
