Finally with a break in the weather and the water levels down, we were able to
spend some time at the Falls of the Ohio this evening.

Highlights included:
Black Tern - 2
Caspian Terns -7
Least Tern - 1 - possible, one quick glimpse, small tern with dark on leading
edges of wings
Bonaparte Gull - 1
Ring-billed Gull - 6
Osprey - 1
Lesser Yellowlegs - 5
Greater Yellowlegs - 1 - heard only near dusk
Spotted Sandpiper - 1
Common Nighthawks - 2

And the usual fair of Night-herons, Great Blues, Great Egrets, Canada Geese,
Mallards, Wood Ducks.
Probably 40 Black Vultures and a few Turkey Vultures.

And 4 moons of Jupiter.

Tom and Colleen Becker
