I had to join in on the presentation of photos of the Little Stint on
the KOS web site; thanks again to Gary Ritchison for putting them up.
When hitting any of the links, you might have to hit "refresh" to get
the lastest images and pages (there are now 3 pages of photos) plus the
link I provided earlier. If any digiscoping visitors took photos of the
bird or the birding group they wish to share with us, please forward
them to me via email.

Mine aren't much different, of course, but the second and third show how
the light mantle lines were not visible at times and the fourth shows
how long its legs were ... and a combination of mine and others
certainly shows how different such a bird can look depending on its
posture and activity, and that one photo does not tell the whole story.

Yesterday's only disappointment was not getting to see Lana Hays
crawling through the shallows in search of that elusive shot. I think
when she saw how extensive the basin was -- and knowing how well David
Roemer and Mark Monroe already had us covered on photo-documentation --
that she chickened out ... you know I'm just fooling with you, Lana :o)
