[birdky] RPT: Double-Crested Cormorants

I noticed from my back porch this evening that there was a large number of big,
black birds perched in a sycamore snag by the shore of Greenbrier Reservoir.
I grabbed my binoculars to check it out and found that there were 12
Double-Crested Cormorants roosting there.
