[birdky] Sloughs: the waters back; No sightings

After all the rain last night and today (8/26), I thought I'd do a
little birding this evening in the Sloughs. Sadly when I got there it
started pouring again. So all I did was drive around and check out
the water levels. Just about every slough that had dried out now has
lots of standing water. Hopefully this help bring back the shorebirds
that had just about disappeared.
