[birdky] Clay-colored Sparrow update
- From: Mark Monroe <markmonroe1@xxxxxxxxx>

I was unable to locate the Clay-colored Sparrow this
morning between 7:00 and 8:00 am at Tom Sawyer Park,
but time constraints prevented me from staying any
longer and I was unable to cover much of the available
habitat near where it was seen last night. There are
several flocks/family groups of Field Sparrows around
to sort through given more time, so folks planning to
look for the bird shouldn't get too discouraged by
this post.
Other birds of note:
Alder Flycatcher ('pipping')
Henslow's Sparrow (singing in scrubby field on west
side of ranger station)
Northern Bobwhite
House Wren
Cooper's Hawk
Red-shouldered Hawk
