[birdky] BKY: Swallow-tailed Kite Seen Today

The Swallow-tailed Kite is still being seen in the Peabody WMA, Sinclair
unit. Brainard Palmer-Ball called to report that it has been flying over the
area
previously described in earlier emails for about an hour. It is now 11:40 EDT.
