[birdky] Western KY report

Birds of interest seen August 12th in Carlisle and Ballard counties:
Laketon: 2 Sanderling, 2 M. Kite, 25+ Least terns, many Fish crows and
swallows.
Beaver Dam Slough/Happy Hollow Lake: 5 M. Kite, 250 Killdeer, 10+ Solitary
sp., 2 Spotted sp., 8 Least sp., 1 Pectoral sp.
Island # 1 is barely visible on the upper end where the clump of trees are
and only a few sandbars are visible below this point.
Beaver Dam slough and Happy Hollow Lake have good habitat with nothing
really noteworthy for the past 3 weeks.
