I just talked to Steve Anderson to get a few more particulars on his
observation.  He saw the bird along the S5 road at Sinclair WMA, about 1/2
the way from the main S1 road to S5's end. He saw it circling low at first,
but gradually got higher and went off to the south. Those looking for the
bird should remember that this area part of a "permit-required" state
wildlife management area. Permits can be obtained at local food marts
(Central City, Beaver Dam, and maybe Drakesboro?).

Swallow-tailed Kite at the Peabody WMA - Sinclair Unit at 11:00 a.m. this
morning. Henslow's Sparrows and Bell's Vireos were also reported.
