[birdky] Moorhen: access to that area in Sloughs closed

I went back to revisit the site I saw the Moorhens this evening
(8/6/03).
They have closed access beyond the gate with a sign they used several
years
ago about sensitive Bald Eagle habitat. I guess they don't want anybody
disturbing where they are going to net ducks.
