I birded trail #405 & 411 this morning. The trails are in the Rockcastle
Recreation Area in Laurel County accessed via Hwy. 3497. I caught a ride
back to the campground where my car was parked, but you could make a
loop by taking trail 404 (the Scuttle Hole Trail) back to the
campground.

Birds along the trails included:

Red-eyed Vireo
Wood Thrush
Acadian Flycatcher
Blue-headed Vireo
Black-throated Green Warbler -only 1 seen and none heard singing
Worm-eating Warbler
Swainson's Warbler 3
Hooded Warbler
Ovenbird
