[birdky] Ballard WMA shorebird habitat

July 17th I observed the following at lower beaver dam slough (west side of
Mitchell Lake levee):
Least sandpiper 40
Spotted sandpiper 2
Solitary sandpiper 2
Killdeer 10
Least tern 2
M. kite 1 adult
Habitat is good at this one location but Mitchell lake is still high with
very little mud line in front of the duck trapping station.
