[birdky] Scissor-tailed flycatcher update

The two Scissor-tailed flycatchers were present at Barkley Dam today. There
were NO Scissor-tailed flycatchers seen from KY 453. I did not walk through
the grass (chiggers got me last weekend) but did scan the area carefully
through the scope.
