[birdky] Northern Harrier?

How probable would it be for a NORTHERN HARRIER to be in our area in the
summer? Les and I saw a raptor yesterday which had several of the
harrier field marks: white rump, gray back, pointy wings while gliding,
etc. This was the second time that we have seen the raptor in the same
location. We plan to go back and will try to take a photo, if possible.
