[birdky] Happy invasive species

The Starlings that live under my propane tank lid were all aglee this morning
over the news that in a recent court decision a judge interpreted the Migratory
Bird Treaty Act to include invasive species. I was going to search their nest
material for evidence of bribery, but realized my hands were tied unless
further judicial or legislative action suspends their protection.
