She needs to contact a raptor rehabber.  The nearest one to her would be in
Hopkinsville at the Breathitt Veterinary Center.  The phone number is
270-886-3959.  The address is 715 North Drive  Hopkinsville, KY.  If she
needs anymore information tell her to contact me at 270-824-7527 (work) or
270-821-5565 (home), I have experience with doing raptor rehabilitation.

A neighbor reported that a baby owl was found by the roadside in
Russellville, Ky. about three days ago.  It was given to the Logan County
Humane Society 270-726-2186 to Delana Hoots.  Ms. Hoots is trying to find
out where it needs to be taken to be cared for.  It has feathers, is alert
at nite and sleeps during the day.
