[birdky] RPT: Dark duck at the Falls of the Ohio

On Friday I was back at the Falls of the Ohio and saw the dark dabbling duck
previously reported. It was still in the company of a drake Mallard and was
nothing I would feel comfortable identifying as a Mottled Duck. I guess it
could be a hybrid Mallard x American Black Duck or a hen American Black Duck.
Too dark in overall feather colors to be in running for Mottled, but I think I
could see some white in the fore-margin of the speculum, which I guess could
suggest the hybrid?? It was too far to photo.
