[birdky] RPT: Barn Owl nestlings in Fleming County

I picked up 5 displaced barn owl nestlings in Fleming County today. The
nestlings were discovered by a farmer on the floor of his silo. He is
planning to fill his silo with some sort of cattle feed tomorrow so the
birds had to go. An adult flew out of the top hatch of the silo when
the farmer entered today. I did not have a barn owl nest box on hand to
put up on the farmer's barn which would have been ideal, so instead the
little ones are sitting in a box in my garage. Unfortunately I will not
be able to construct a box tomorrow and take them back. It will be
Thursday afternoon or Friday morning before I can get back up there. I
worry that the adults will give up by Friday. In the meantime, I need
to find a rehabor first thing in the morning. Will Friday morning be
too late to reunite the family?
