[birdky] cardinal nest

Hello,
I have a question about a cardinal nest that is quite close to the back
deck. Mama has built the nest in an evergreen right beside it. I have
never seen a cardinal nest before...we are trying to stay away from it
as much as possible, so she can stay with the nest as needed. However, I
haven't a clue as to what to expect. How long before the eggs hatch? How
long will the babies stay in the nest? Does anyone know? The deck is a
main thoroughfare for ourselves and our dogs and it is hard to limit our
time on it. Thanks so much!
