Melissa,

My suggestion is that you find a bird rebilitator and take the wax-
wing there. In the Louisville area on Fri evening , in the process
of trying to place an abandonned fawn , we came in contact with a
a person who dealt with birds. She did know a mammal rehabilitator
and referred us there.

This bird person had on hand 100 owls. I really wonder what species.
