[birdky] McElroy Lake
- From: David Roemer <dlroemer@xxxxxxxxx>
- To: bird ky <birdky@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>
- Date: Sat, 18 May 2002 15:39:59 -0700 (PDT)
Tom Durbin called this afternoon and asked me to post
this for him since I'm stuck at work. He said that
McElroy had begun to form again with the 4+ inches of
rain that the area received yesterday. Several species
of shorebirds were already present including:
Red-necked Phalarope (3)
Ruddy Turnstone
Black-bellied Plover
Semipalmated Sandpiper
Least Sandpiper
He also said that a check of Morgan's Pond today
revealed at least 2 Red-necked Phalaropes still
present.
