As of 4:00 CDT, the 4 Red-necked Phalaropes were still present at Morgan's
Pond.  The Whimbrels, however, were not present.

All 4 Phalaropes were breeding plumage females.  They were observed on a
point protruding into the pond from the north (KY 117) side and required a
small hike through mud to observe.
