Given that no one has posted messages on the 'old' BIRDKY for a few days =
now, it appears
that subscribers have adopted the 'new' BIRDKY with no apparent =
problems. That being the case, I'll=20
have the folks at Academic Computing shut down the old BIRDKY. That =
process, however,
may take a few days. So, to avoid receiving the now daily =
spam/virus-infected e-mails that
have plagued the old BIRDKY, I'd encourage everyone to unsubscribe. TO =
UNSUBSCRIBE=20
FROM THE 'OLD' BIRDKY:
SEND THE E-MAIL TO: mailserv@xxxxxxxxxxx
PLACE NOTHING IN THE SUBJECT LINE.
THE ONLY MESSAGE YOU NEED TO SEND IS:
unsubscribe birdky {your e-mail address}
You will then receive confirmation that you've successfully =
unsubscribed. If you have
any problems, just let me know & I can unsubscribe you.
