[birdky] Saturday 4/2/05

It was windy and sunny in Calloway County today. A White-eyed Vireo was
calling at my cabin on Blood River. The rain has brought the lake levels up
so
no shorebirds were found.
Barn and Rough-winged swallows and Purple Martins suddenly seem to be
everywhere.
No American White Pelican's were on the remaining mud flats. Bonaparte's
gulls are still plentiful and looking sharp in their spring plumage.
