Our first ruby-throated hummingbird of the year appeared at our feeder today, 
April 19th.  
A pretty male.
Also, on Saturday, April 18th:

>Along Middle Creek Road, Burlington, Ky. (Boone County) 
Broad-winged Hawk
Barred Owl
American Woodcock
Blue-winged Warbler
Yellow-throated Warbler
Northern Parula
Red-eyed Vireo
Wood Thrush 
Blue-gray gnatcatcher
Chimney Swift
Eastern Phoebes have been back and are now building their usual nest under the 
back deck
